• Research

  We will conduct extensive research on your behalf, based on your questionnaire, in order to locate suitable properties and develop a short-list for your consideration ? whether you are planning on renting or purchasing. We can also source associated services such as building inspections, conveyances and connection of utilities for you also, if you are purchasing a property.

• On arrival

  We can organise short-term accommodation, car hire or airport transfer depending on your needs; accompanied inspection to short-listed selection of homes; lease negotiations on rentals; school consultation and information; utility connections; and removal services on your behalf.

• Orientation tour of Adelaide

  Our personalised orientation tour gives an overview of your new city, as well as highlighting specific points of interest such as restaurants, community facilities and other places you may like to visit, as well as organised house inspections of the area you have chosen to live in.  Included is a welcome and information pack. This is a great way for you and your family to get to know Adelaide once you arrive.

• Education/schools

  Taking the stress out of the situation for your family is a priority ? to that end we offer a service which provides independent information regarding the South Australian education system, ranging from preschool to tertiary education depending on your individual needs. We can also arrange interviews with schools and facilitate placements.

• Settling in

  We can provide help with a range of things to make your settling in as smooth as possible, including:

  • pet transfer and registration.

• Departure
